Grab The Games: Deathground

Another day, another review for our fans! Today we’re stepping into the haunted halls of Deathground, a tense survival horror game that promises cooperative dread, dark atmospheres, and high-stakes gameplay. As someone drawn to games that challenge you and your friends, this one had me intrigued from the get-go.
From the moment you and your crew arrive at an abandoned complex filled with shadows, unknown horrors, and the constant threat of being hunted, Deathground sets the tone well. The visuals lean into bleakness: dim corridors, flickering lights, sudden noises, and twisted creatures waiting just around the corner. It’s a game built to make you jump, hide, and coordinate your way out—or fall together.
The cooperative element is its heart. Whether you’re playing solo with AI or team-up with friends, the tension of trying to survive together is real. Every decision—where to go, when to split up, who carries what—matters. The feeling of being outgunned and outnumbered adds genuine weight to each run.
As for the negatives, Deathground still needs polishing. I encountered bugs, odd AI behavior, and general rough edges that pulled me out of the experience at times. The game has solid foundations, but it clearly needs further fixes and refinement—especially in cooperative performance and enemy pathing.
All in all, Deathground delivers on its promise of cooperative terror and survival adrenaline. If you’re looking for a game to play with friends and you don’t mind a few rough edges, this title is definitely worth checking out.
