Grab The Games: Witchfire
Another day, another review for our fans. Today, I couldn't be more excited that I have my hands on an amazing title that is not only available right now at a great price but also offers a really fun experience from the start. We are going to present you how this title holds up against other games of the genre and if it is worth picking it up right now. But what is this game? Is it worth the hype? Stick around, and you will find out now. Let's start by mentioning a few things about the game itself.
Armed with strange weapons and forbidden pagan magic, hunt a powerful witch holding the key to your salvation. Witchfire is a dark fantasy first-person shooter from the creators of Painkiller, Bulletstorm, and The Vanishing of Ethan Carter. Witchfire is a first-person shooter from the creative leads behind Painkiller and Bulletstorm. A unique blend of souslike, extraction, and roguelite gameplay, Witchfire offers a challenging but satisfying gameplay experience, and with multiple roads to victory.
Desperate for a chance to triumph in the deadly war against witches, the Church calls on forbidden pagan magic to turn willing sinners into immortal witch hunters called players. To begin with, the very first aspect that impressed me was the way the title introduced itself to the audience, with a great tutorial and starting adventure. The title doesn’t hold your hand and it really lets you explore and fight your way through various enemies and locations. The title is definitely very hard and intriguing to master! Even the first mission is tough.
As far as the negative aspects are concerned, they are not game-breaking but what I found really annoying is that sometimes the enemies and the environment get really overwhelming even during the first playthrough, something that may discourage most players.
To sum up, the game is definitely enjoyable with a lot of aspects to look ahead. The price tag is ok for what it offers and I can really recommend it to everyone who has played similar titles and to gamers who want a relaxing title.
