Grab The Games: Wick

It's time for another review guys and this time I am really happy to present you an amazing horror/exploration game which recently came out. It's name? Wick. Wick is a survival horror game where ghost stories are brought to life. Explore a local legend about the long lost children in the woods who can still be seen-- but only by those who dare to enter alone by candlelight.

Deep in the darkness you sense you are not alone. But will you live to tell the story? Navigate the darkness by candlelight but be sure to keep track of the candles you find. You'll need to stay in the light to keep your fear at bay-- and there is plenty to be scared of. You'll soon discover you're not alone. Come face to face with a variety of enemies then learn what it takes to evade each one, or die trying. The very first thing that really impressive in this title is definitely the intro which was really catchy, not long but it really catches the main concept of the game and helps the game understand the concept of the title really well.

Moreover, I love the graphics of this title. The world is really well created and the characters as well. The enemies are really tough and there are a lot of jump scares as well. There are different types of enemies and each one requires a different approach and strategy in order to survive the night. I love the fact that there is a unique candle mechanic system. The candles will help you survive the nights and keep your enemies at distance.

Furthermore, the collectibles will help you understand the story of the game better and what is happening in this title in general. The price of the game is good too. As far as the negative aspects are concerned, there aren't many to mention honestly. The biggest of them is definitely the fact that the enemies may spawn too near you leading to an instant death. Another negative for me is that the jump scares are way too often while you play and they miss their point of existence.

To sum up, I like this horror game a lot. Despite the negative aspects, it offers an overall positive gameplay experience for its price. I recommend it for the funs of Slender and other similar horror/exploration games. Will you survive the night?

Verdict: 8/10
