Grab The Games: The Witness

Today, I am really happy to present another stunning title that I am sure you will all love. The game is called The Witness. But is it worth picking it up? What is the game all about? Glad you asked. You wake up, alone, on a strange island full of puzzles that will challenge and surprise you.

You don't remember who you are, and you don't remember how you got here, but there's one thing you can do: explore the island in hope of discovering clues, regaining your memory, and somehow finding your way home. The Witness is a single-player game in an open world with dozens of locations to explore and over 500 puzzles. This game respects you as an intelligent player and it treats your time as precious. There's no filler, each of those puzzles brings its own new idea into the mix. So, this is a game full of ideas. Intriguing right? The very first thing that I loved in this game is definitely the graphics and the stunning visuals.

The world is mesmerizing, full of surprises and small details. Of course the almost endless puzzles are a strong aspect of this title. From easy to hard expect a lot of them and each one different from the previous one. Moreover, the music and the start of the game where you learn the ropes are really easy to get used to and you get straight inside the action and the great atmosphere of the title.

Moreover, the game doesn't hold your hand which is something I liked from the start and you have to finger out everything yourself. As far as the negative aspects are concerned, there aren't much really. If I had to mention one it would be the fact that solving puzzles can be really tiring especially if they are so many of them and there is no narration or something like that.

To sum up, despite the negative aspects the game is a gem for your library. It has stunning visuals and it is definitely worth picking it up.

Verdict: 8/10
