I think it isn't a secret any more that I enjoyed playing this game very much. I am here to show you guys not only the game itself but also the Ultimate Edition which was released recently and it is really worth checking out. But what is the secret world? The secret world is a MMO like no other developed by Funcom. Let me tell you more about the storyline of the game. Hidden within our own modern-day world is a secret world. A world where every myth, legend, and conspiracy theory is true. And now, dark forces are on the move and secrets that should have remained forever buried have finally been uncovered. The world is about to discover that the terrors that have plagued our nightmares are all very real. Dark days are here. Everything is true. Everything. United in the fight against the rising darkness stand three secret societies: the Dragon, the Templars, and the Illuminati.

Their secret war for the power to control the world is fought on the battlefield and in the boardrooms, and through quiet whispers into the ears of CEOs and presidents they influence the fate of entire nations. Recruited to become agents for these secret societies, civilians the players are granted access to the true power embedded in their DNA. Finally capable of tapping into their full potential, these agents can now master any weapon, learn any power, and take on any role they want in the secret war and the battle against the rising darkness. Welcome to The Secret World. The first thing that I loved in this game is the vibrant open-world with amazing details, real locations and breathtaking graphics. The game also offers freedom to the player. There are no levels, no classes complete freedom in developing your character the way you want, with the powers and the weapons you like. Another point worth mentioning is that the cut-scenes are really well-designed with amazing voice-acting as well. Now time to talk about the secret world ultimate edition. This edition includes everything that is available so far in the game. All the issues and side-missions plus a lot of extras

You get an exclusive epic outfit the zenith core plus a lot of rare weapons and boosters that will take your game to another level. This edition is ideal not only for the new players that want to start playing the game but also for the old ones that want to get everything the game has to offer. As far as the negative aspects are concerned, I personally believe that buying the standard version of the game it is not worth it because you will have to buy each issue separately. So stick to the ultimate edition. Another negative for me is the combat where you attack with buttons (numbers) in your keyboard would prefer a more competitive system that uses both the mouse and the keyboard or controller.

To sum the game and the ultimate edition are two things you can't miss, especially on sale. I totally recommend it to everyone that loves MMO games and the best of all is that there is no subscription anymore!
