Grab The Games: SUPERHOT

Superhot is finally available on Steam and as a gamer and a huge fun of the early version of the game, I couldn't be happier and more proud of the overall result. But what is this game? Let me properly introduce you the title. Blurring the lines between cautious strategy and unbridled mayhem, SUPERHOT is the FPS in which time moves only when you move. No regenerating health bars. No conveniently placed ammo drops. It's just you, outnumbered and outgunned, grabbing the weapons of fallen enemies to shoot, slice, and maneuver through a hurricane of slow-motion bullets.

With its unique, stylized graphics SUPERHOT finally adds something new and disruptive to the FPS genre. SUPERHOT's polished minimalist visual language helps you concentrate on the most important - on the fluidity of gameplay and cinematic beauty of the fight. To begin with, the very first aspect that I loved in this game is definitely the graphics. They are minimal, polished and they stand out especially the red and white colors and environments are simply mesmerizing and create an amazing atmosphere for all kind of players even for the most demanding ones. I also loved that time in this game is different.

Time moves as you move you imagine that you have more time to think and create a strategy that will help you beat the level and also dodge some bullets. Moreover, the game has a cinematic beauty as well that I have already mentioned. You get a lot of story aspects but in a unique way with on screen instructions of what you should do or why you are here but also with the form of a chat and you can also type. How awesome is that? Superhot also has 2 more modes available.

Challenge mode that has no restarts, timed runs, and more. Also, it has an endless mode where you fight your way against waves of enemies. There is a also a replay editor available where you can upload your runs from the game and also a lot of extras like artwork, mini-games etc. As far as the negative aspects are concerned, I couldn't honestly found anything worth mentioning. If I has to mention one it would be the price which is currently around 20$ but it is way too short for that price. I would recommend a 10$ or 15$.

To sum up, the game is simply AMAZING! Despite the negative price aspect it is still a game worth picking up! Get it now or during a sale if you love this type of games!
