Grab The Games: Stories: The Path of Destinies

Today I am really excited, I can present you a really unique Action-RPG game called Stories: Path Of Destinies. But is the game worth playing? Does it live up to its potential? You will found out in this review but first let me introduce you the game a little bit.

Stories: The Path of Destinies is an action-RPG set in a vibrant fairytale universe filled with floating islands, majestic airships, and colorful magic. Reynardo, ex-pirate and unintentional hero, suddenly becomes the last line of the defense against the mad Emperor and his countless ravens. Can he come up with a plan that won't blow up in his face, for a change? In Stories, each choice you make takes Reynardo into a unique narrative. From tongue-in-cheek takes on heroic adventures to dark, Lovecraftian scenes, Stories' repertoire is as diverse as it is action-packed. But Reynardo's fateful decisions won't always come easy: Sometimes retrieving a weapon lost at the beginning of time means sacrificing the life of an old friend.

But with so many choices to make, so many potential dire destinies, wouldn't it be great to be able to come back in time, learn from your mistakes and find the one true path? The very first aspect that I loved in this game is definitely the graphics of this great title. They are sharp, unique and sometimes will leave the player breathless with the unique scenery and atmosphere. The music and the sounds in general are really well-designed and definitely fit the game properly. Moreover, the player will discover many different choice-based narratives in order to find the path to victory which really amazing in my opinion and there are honestly many choices in this title.

The combat system in this game is amazing as well. It is fluid and full of different moves, abilities and swordplay. The skills are also an amazing feature of the game. There are a lot of different abilities of choices including time mastery and hookshot. I loved also the fact that you can upgrade your swords and craft new more powerful ones. As far as the negative aspects are concerned there are only small ones like it is definitely controller friendly from the start and aiming is difficult with the mouse. Also, another negative for me is that the enemies in this game remain at a certain level as you become more deadly and you can beat them easily.

To sum up, the game is really amazing and is definitely worth picking it up. It definitely lives up to its potential and it can satisfy even the most demanding player.

Verdict: 8.5/10
