Grab The Games: Loopmancer

Another day, another review for our fans. Today, I couldn’t be happier not only that we have the opportunity to review a game I was eager to get my hands on as soon as it came out on steam but also that we will present if this title was worth the wait and all the hype! But what is this game anyway? Should you pick it up now or wait for a sale? Stick around, and you will find out now. Let’s start by mentioning a few things about the game itself. Let’s start with the basics.

Loopmancer is a 3D platformer roguelite action game with realistic graphics that takes place in a cyberpunk universe. Players play as a detective who comes back to life after an unexpected death, and battle in this lifelike and futuristic city of the east. To begin with, the very first aspect that surprised me was the graphics and how smooth my experience was. They are sharp, and unique and create a fantastic atmosphere for all different types of gamers.

The cutscenes are amazing and all the stages offered in this great title are really well crafted full of beautiful details and a lot of enemies waiting for you in every corner. Another aspect worth mentioning is definitely the gored and all the way you can kill your foes. The weaponry is vast and the most enjoyable way to kill is with your sword. There are also choices in this game which offer 7 different endings and dictate what we happen to all the major characters of the title. This aspect as well as the roguelite feature adds deeply to the replay value of the title. The fast pace of Loopmancer is definitely something that is worth pointing out.

As far as the negative aspects are concerned, I couldn’t find anything of major significance that stopped me from having fun or any kind of game-breaking bug. There are, however, a few points that could be improved like an even better optimization for low-end PCs and a different choice of colors for some enemies since sometimes they tend to blend in with some environments. Other than that as I mentioned before, my experience was really smooth.

To sum up, after playing the game for some time, I had a really great time and I totally recommend it to everyone who loved this kind of game. As I mentioned before it’s a fun and addictive title that you can spend a lot of hours on it as well. Everyone who plays the title for even a few minutes can really see all the love the Devs have invested in this game.
